Store Policies Shipping Domestic Shipping(within the US): Every order at SVA is treated with utmost care and attention and we would like to get it out to you as quickly as possible. USPS-United States Postal Service is our carrier and you can pick from the list of shipping options for your order and the estimated shipping charge will be displayed prior to your check out process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight,size,and destination of each order. Please refer to www.usps.com for more specific information on shipping. You can check on the status of your order anytime by visiting the customer service section of our site and entering your tracking number. In addition, you will receive a tracking email with more details on your shipment from USPS. We also have a will call option for customers who prefer to stop by at our studio and pick up their order when ready. In case you need to rush your order, please pick the express mail option at checkout. In case of rush custom orders, please call us at (859) 586-5384 (10 a.m.-7 p.m. EST) Or email us at customerservice@sva-creations.com with "Rush" as your subject line. Please include your address, contact number, details on the item you would like, and the time frame within which you would like to have the order at your doorstep, and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please refer to the customization process under FAQ for more information. Rush orders will be given top priority by the artist. USPS Express or Priority Mail will be used to ship any rush custom orders.
International Shipping: For any orders with a shipping address outside of the continental US, you will be assessed corresponding shipping charges based on the type of shipping option you pick.
Disclaimer: We at SVA shall take all efforts necessary to ensure safe and smooth shipment of your order. However, please note that we are not in any way responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please contact the carrier (USPS) directly with regards to any such concerns/issues. Returns: At SVA, due to the time and special effort that goes into making each item, we do not allow for returns. However, if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, or the item comes damaged, we gladly will allow for exchanges with a similar item. Please notify us immediately on receipt of your order at customerservice@sva-creations.com with details of the order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and the similar item you would like in exchange. Please return the item in its original packaging with a self addressed post-paid envelope to 1175 Hunters Ridge, Please note that all custom/personalized orders are final.
